Gun Rights Under Assault in MA
A proposed bill, HD 4420, is now under consideration by the MA legislature. The 140+ page opus is a wholesale revision of MA gun laws, which would, among other things:
Mandate serial numbers on all magazines;
Require extensive courses and live-fire qualifications for licenses;
Forbid any use of firearms by those under 15, effectively eliminating the next generation of shooters, and;
Have severe effects on ownership of firearms already lawfully possessed.
